The origins of this variety are lost forever. And 'likely it comes from a country of Carinthia, Marzemin. The Marzemino has spread throughout the Vallagarina finding the perfect terroir to express themselves better.

Harvesting method: hand harvest
Vinification: the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins in stainless steel containers thermo-conditioned. To extract color and flavor from the skins several replacements are performed
Affinamento: the maturation takes place in steel to maintain the original features of the Marzemino
Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Scent: delicate and intense, reminiscent of viola mammola and small berries
Taste: harmonious, full, good structure, good correspondence nasal back of fruity notes
Food pairings: Ideal with dishes based on meat is white and red, the flavor is not overly aggressive
